Graduated from the Orlando Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu Program with a Associates Degree in Patisserie and Baking. While in school worked at such hotels as Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando Resort and The Peabody Orlando.

After graduating moved to Publix to take a job in her passion of cake decorating.
